DETAILED GUIDE:

The following services of www.football-jobs.com are available to clubs, employers or agencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so you can register and post your job adverts whenever you want to!

1. Quick and easy online registration!
Register as a club, employer or agency and set your own unique email log in and password.

We can set your account up so you would have one main login for your company and then each department in your club can post their own job vacancies using their own email addresses for applications to go to! You have one contract with us but each department has the ability to manage their own vacancies as and when they arise.

2. Log in as an employer!
You may log on to www.football-jobs.com as often as you like, when you like and you will have access to a number of unique features which will allow you complete control over your account.

3. Upload your Club or Company logo!
Once registered just log in and load your own club or company logo (max size 150 x 100 pixels, ideally a gif format) This logo will appear with each job advert that you post giving you added branding presence on the website!

Your club or company details with logo will also appear under our 'Employers Index' listing whilst your subscription is live with www.football-jobs.com as well as under our ‘Links’ page.

4. Post your own job vacancies 24 hours a day!
Once you have registered with www.football-jobs.com and paid for or topped up your credits by secure credit or debit card payment, you may post your vacancies on to the site as individual job adverts.

Talk to our sales team on 020 7 442 3456 if you are interested in paying by standing order or cheque rather than by secure card payment. (For annual contracts only!)

(For information on what checks you should be making when recruiting with regards to the Criminal Records Bureau visit The FA website at http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/CRB/ )

5. Manage your applications online!
All applications to your job vacancies are emailed to you directly as the jobseeker applies to your job adverts. A record of these applications is also listed on your account so you can log in at anytime and have a record of these. You are also able to delete or reject applications with a click of a button. Candidates will automatically receive an email updating them of their status. Saves you having to type a letter or email!

6. Manage your vacancies online!
The Employer Menu area allows you to manage all aspects of your vacancies, posted on to www.football-jobs.com. You can add, edit, delete, archive and reactivate your job adverts with the click of a button!
